[gelöst] IIS Config nach Migration CRM 4 -> CRM2011

Hallo,

ich habe eine neue Organisation von CRM 4 in CRM 2011 importiert, wenn ich jetzt wie bisher die Server URL aufrufe,
geht er immer auf die Organisation die bei der Installation installiert wurde.

Laut Implementation Guide muß der IIS konfiguriert werden.
Kann mir jemand helfen wo ich dies umtragen muß ?

Wenn ich http:\\t-crm\importierteOrganisation eingebe, lässt sich dies normal aufrufen.

PS Im Bereitstellungsmanager habe ich keinen Schalter gefunden mit dem man die Organisation auf Default Organisation umstellen kann.

wo hast du denn diesen Hinweis gefunden? Ich kenne ihn jedenfalls nicht, kannst du die entspechende Stelle einmal posten?

Du meinst aber sicher die Einstellung aus CRM 4.0, wo man eine Organisation als Default-Organisation festlegen konnte, so das beim Aufruf der URL ohne Organisation die Default-Organisation geöffnet wurde.
Diese Einstellung galt aber leider nur für Benutzer, die nach der Festlegung der Default-Organisation im CRM angelegt wurden, für die vorhandenen Benutzer hat das nicht funktioniert.

Und genau aus diesem Grund gibt es diese Möglichkeit im Bereitstellungsmanager nicht mehr.

4.On the SQL Server that is maintaining the existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 databases, start Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and back up the MSCRM_CONFIG and OrganizationName_MSCRM databases.
5.Restore the organization databases to the SQL Server that will be maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 databases.
6.Start Deployment Manager on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Server and run the Import Organization Wizard to import and upgrade one or more Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 organizations into the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 deployment.
7.Verify that the new deployment functions as expected.
8.Make the appropriate DNS and IIS modifications to make sure users are able to connect to the new system.

ok, den Eintrag kenne ich natürlich. Der sagt aber nichts darüber aus, das du eine Default-Organisation einrichten kannst.

ok dh. man muß beim Client im Konfigurations-Assi die url mit Organisation eingeben ?
und über Web muß man das im DNS hinbiegen ?

ja, beim Client geht das über die URL.

Meinst du über das Web die IFD-Konfiguration von CRM 4.0? Wenn ja, hat sich diese grundlegend geändert und muss jetzt mit einem ADFS Server eingerichtet werden.

Nein ich meine intern, wenn zb. kein Outlook vorhanden konnte man bei uns intern über
http:\\crm

über den Browser das CRM aufrufen und jetzt müsste dies dann mit organisation eingegeben werden.

beim Client geht es intern nur mit der URl inkl. Organisationsnamen.
